Cher, nka Jasmine, is a delight. She is so loving, and so outgoing. We have been to the local dog park about 3 times and she loves it. I will be connecting with more basset owners in the area and hopefully can meet them there for a little basset time. Last Sunday, Jasmine spent a little time near the "in" gate of the dog park, greeting the incoming dogs and owners -- like a Walmart greeter. It was so cute. Thank you again for all you do. Just thought you would like to know that Duke is doing great! After about two months together and some training classes, we have gotten used to each other and can't imagine life without him! Duke and his humans are very happy about this. In fact, we've trained him to use potty bells quite successfully too! I'm attaching a few photos for your enjoyment. =) Christina Ryan

Hello! Just wanted to drop a note/update & say that Miss Penny is doing really well in her new home so far. We've started walking her around the pond @ our local park, and she does so well w/people & other dogs. Everyone coos over her cuteness & sweet personality (especially us). She's the perfect mix of calmness & effervescence. Thank you guys for all that you do. It's very noble & wonderful work. We still need to fill out volunteer forms, once our schedules clear up a bit more. Who knows? Maybe we'll adopt from BRAT again, once we get a house. Penny might like a playmate. We absolutely love her. Thank you, thank you!
