That was a close call. I almost didn't make it outta jail. When the BRAT lady came for me, the shelter worker trotted out a Dachshund with the same coloring instead. Good thing the BRAT lady knew a weenie dog from a Basset! Whew! That was a close call. Fortunately, she got me and took me on my freedom ride. Now, I'm looking for a new family to call my own. I'm super sweet and lovable. So, if you want a black and tan Basset and not a black and tan Dachshund, I'm your guy!
