CHIP NEEDS A FOSTER HOME

He's a Chip off the old block. Chip is a feisty, young dog. He loves to chat and tells you his life's story in one setting. He's never met a stranger. He wanted out of his kennel so he could formally meet me. I have a feeling he's going to be a hoot to have around. Kids would be great so they can wear him out. He must have been someone's dog since he was already neutered. He needs a new home. Will you be the one?

Due to a shortage of foster homes, Chip is bunking at a boarding facility. Please apply to foster or adopt him so he can have the TLC of a real home.
