Noelle is much too young to be homeless already. She was found running on State Highway 51. It's a wonder she didn't get hit by a speeding car. This young, petitie pup likes everyone and especially so if you're giving out belly rubs. She has the cutest face. Don'tcha love her freckles? Due to a shortage of foster homes she's in a boarding facility. She needs to get out and into a loving family home. Is that you? She'll love you forever if it is.
