Cagney and Lacey were found as strays together. They're the same size and look alike so we're calling them 'the twins.' They may have been used as someone's breeding females. They're in good hands now. They are definitely a bonded pair. It's our desire that they be adopted together if at all possible. They are new to our rescue. Please check back for updates when we get to know them better.

Foster Family Update 8/4/11: I wanted to give an update on Cagney and Lacey.  They are the sweetest dogs ever.  They have been ladies since our time together.  They have not had any potty accidents since day 2 and they actually let us know when they need out.  The girls love their "bedroom" at night time.  It is a huge kennel (photo attached).  They even go in during the day to just nap.  We have made it a happy place for them and they love sleeping in there.  These 2 girls have so much personality and character.  2 to 3 times a day they put on what we call the "show." They wrestle and play until they just wear themselves out.  We have discovered they prefer power walks (2 x's around the block) several times a day over long walks twice a day.  They love our kids and are VERY well behaved.  Some family will be blessed to have Cagney and Lacey.
