Toby is a sweet boy who loves to get kisses from his foster mom and sit on her lap while she watches TV.  He loves all of his foster siblings but would really do best with one or two siblings for him to play with.  We are not sure if he gets along with cats; you see, he was found roaming the streets looking for scraps.  Toby is ready for his forever home.
