I'm Scout, and I came from a high-kill shelter near the border. I was found dragging myself near a highway. I was hit by a car and my hip was completely dislocated and my knee ligaments are all tore up. My time was up, but BRAT swooped in and got me out of there and to a vet where I could get the medical care I need. It'll take some time for me to get better, but I'm a fighter. The vet-person said I should fully recover and be able to go for walks again. I can't wait to go for walks with my new family! If that's you, please put in your app so we can meet! 

 

P. S. I know my surgeries to get me well again are costing BRAT over $5,000, so maybe if you can't adopt me you could find it in your heart to donate towards my bills? I know that would help BRAT a lot so they can save more dogs like me.
