Rossi had a horrible life of abuse, neglect, and mistreatment. A local shelter took him in and conducted an Animal Cruelty investigation on his "owners." He was brought in with an embedded collar in his neck and his nails were so long they penetrated his paw pads! He was unable to walk. 

He was initially treated at the shelter. Once he recovered well enough for rescue, BRAT swooped in and promised this beautiful guy his life will now be full of love, peace, and joy! If you would like to give this guy the life that he deserves, please complete an adoption application.
